At Totality Medispa & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skincare items are unopened, in original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the box; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
